We take on full repaints, new builds and renovations, right through to specialty finishes like Venetian plaster, French wash and microcement. Whatever the job, the standard is the same: proper prep, the right product, and a finish that holds up where the detail matters.

A clear path to trade qualification

We take on apprentices and back them from first commencement through to trade qualification. You'll learn the full range, from prep and repaints to specialty finishes, from people on the tools every day.

A small crew, looked after

We run a tidy site, treat the crew fairly, and keep the team small enough that everyone knows everyone. Do good work and we'll keep giving you good work to do.

ApprenticeshipBrisbane

Apprentice, new commencement

For someone starting out who wants to learn the trade. You don't need experience. You need to show up, listen, and care about doing the job right. We'll teach you the rest, from prep and painting through to specialty finishes.

$25-35/hr + super

What we’re after

Reliable and on time, every day
Keen to learn a trade and stick with it
A good attitude on site and around other trades
Own transport and a current driver's licence (or working towards it)
Fit for hands-on physical work

ApprenticeshipBrisbane

Apprentice, continuation

For an apprentice already partway through who wants to finish their trade somewhere the work is worth learning from. You'll build on what you know across premium residential and specialty finishes, with real responsibility as you go.

What we’re after

Already signed to an apprenticeship (any stage)
Solid grasp of prep, patching and basic application
Reliable, and you take direction well
Ready to step up as your skills grow
Own transport and a current driver's licence

Trade qualifiedBrisbane

Trade-qualified painter

For a qualified painter who holds a high standard and wants to work on architect-led homes. You'll run your own work on site and set the bar for the people around you. Experience with specialty finishes is a bonus, not a must, if the craft is there.

What we’re after

Trade qualification (Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent)
Proven high-end residential or architectural experience
Sharp on prep, cutting in, spraying and finishing
Works clean and leaves a site the next trade can pick up behind
Reliable, and comfortable leading on the job
Own transport, licence and basic tools
