Matt
Almost no reflection, so it hides an uneven wall better than anything else. The usual choice for ceilings and living areas.
Low sheen
A little reflection, and it takes a wipe. It ends up in hallways, kids' rooms and anywhere hands land.
Semi-gloss and gloss
For doors, skirting and architraves. Hard-wearing and easy to clean, and it shows any preparation someone rushed.

New builds and renovations
On a new build or a renovation we work to the architect's specification and the builder's program, alongside the other trades on site.
Repainting a home you live in
You can stay in the house while we paint. Low-VOC paints keep the smell down in bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathrooms are the rooms you lose while coats cure.
Queenslanders and character homes
Queenslander interiors bring VJ walls, high ceilings, ornate cornices, fretwork and timber joinery. VJ boards have a groove every few centimetres, and each one needs cutting in. Homes built before 1970 can also carry lead paint under later coats, which needs lead-safe handling. See the heritage timber at Harrison Street in Bulimba.
Why preparation matters
Preparation decides how a paint job looks and how long it lasts. A flat sheen shows every patch and shortcut under afternoon light, so most of a good interior job happens before the finish coats go on.
