Balmoral Terrace
A beautiful balance of traditional Queenslander architecture and contemporary design, Balmoral Terrace involved an extensive interior and exterior painting package across a large scale timber residence and its new architectural extension.
Designed by Shane Marsh Architects and constructed by Building Quality Constructions, the project showcases the character and craftsmanship of a classic Queenslander, thoughtfully integrated with modern living spaces.
Our scope included comprehensive preparation and painting of the home’s internal VJ board linings, external weatherboard cladding, extensive timber joinery and traditional timber windows throughout.
With intricate detailing and a substantial amount of timberwork, the project demanded a meticulous approach to preparation and finishing, ensuring a consistent, high-quality result across both the original residence and new extension.
The completed home is a testament to quality craftsmanship, where traditional architectural character meets contemporary refinement.
