Constructed by Black Developments, this boutique two home development in New Farm showcases the level of quality and attention to detail expected of Brisbane’s premium residential market. Complete interior and exterior coating systems were applied across both residences, complemented by extensive use of specialty Cutek clear finishes to enhance and protect premium timber features throughout. Every surface was meticulously prepared and finished, with coating systems carefully coordinated alongside the construction programme to ensure a seamless delivery. Managed by a single project lead from quotation through to handover, the project was delivered with clear communication, reliable scheduling and an uncompromising standard of workmanship producing a finish that reflected the quality of the build from start to finish.
