A Holland Park West cottage received a renovation and extension designed by Koda Design, which included a full interior and exterior repaint.
The original cottage brought decorative pressed ceilings, VJ walls and timber windows that needed careful preparation, while the extension added face brick, weatherboard and new plasterboard.] [Each surface got its own preparation and coating system, so the old and new parts of the home finish as one.
Working alongside Building Quality Constructions, we completed the interior and exterior painting through to handover, from the restored ceilings to the new outdoor living area.
