A multi-level riverfront property in Teneriffe received a renovation designed by Shane Marsh, which included a full interior and exterior repaint.
A riverfront exterior takes more sun, wind and moisture than most, so it was prepared and coated with systems suited to that exposure, working around the copper cladding, face brick and glass balustrades.
Inside, walls and ceilings were repainted to sit quietly against the timber joinery, stone and the owners' art, with consistent sheen levels across every floor. Working alongside Building Quality Constructions, the repaint was staged level by level around the renovation.
